One night, three views
The guest’s phone
Party size first, so every table they see fits. Then your room, then one price. Tickets live on their phone, pass to a friend in a tap, and refunds follow your written policy.
Your box office
Tonight at a glance: sold, still coming, the gross, the waitlist and anything that needs a manager. Move a party, comp a table, and close the night with a settlement your bookkeeper can use.
The door
Any phone becomes the door. Scan tickets, see the room, seat late parties and take walk-ups. It keeps working when the signal drops and catches up when it’s back.
More from the same room
What you pay in fees is half the math. The other half is what every table in your room earns.
Price each table by its view
Front tables and booths can each carry their own price. Guests pay for a better seat when they can see exactly where it is.
Change prices as a show sells
Raise prices on a show that’s selling fast, or ease them on a quiet weeknight, show by show. Guests who already bought keep their price.
Fill the chairs you used to lose
Guests only see tables that fit their party, so fewer four-tops go to couples. Returned seats go to the waitlist, and unclaimed tables can go to walk-ups after doors.
Sell the evening with the ticket
Dinner and the extras you offer, added at checkout, with no ticket fee on any of it.
Your money stays in your account
Guests pay into your own Stripe account, you’re the merchant on their statement, and payouts go straight to your bank. You never wait on us to get paid.
One flat fee per ticket sold online. No setup fee, no monthly fee, nothing to buy, and no fee on online tickets for your first three show dates.
Switching is our job
We draw your room
Send a floor plan or a few photos. We draw your tables, booths, bar seats and stage, with your sections, prices and accessible seating.
We set up your shows
Your calendar, photos and descriptions, your refund policy and house rules. Tickets you’ve already sold for upcoming shows come with you.
We handle your website
Keep it and add two lines, or we move it or build one for you. Setting up your site is part of setup.
We rehearse
A practice night with your door staff and managers before real tickets go on sale.
You go on sale
Tickets sold online for your first three show dates carry no fee, and we’re with you on your first nights.
Know the rooms? Bring them to Floorshow.
Independent agents introduce Floorshow to venues they know and earn a share of our fee on those venues’ online tickets for three years. We run the demo, the setup and the show-night support.
Questions owners ask
Do we have to move every show at once?
No. Start with one show while everything else stays where it is today. Online tickets for your first three show dates carry no fee.
Won’t a couple take a four-top?
Not unless you let them. Each table has a smallest party, so a four-top sells to three or four. You can open bigger tables to smaller parties close to the show or once it’s mostly sold, and settlement shows any empty chairs at sold tables.
Do guests pay more?
You decide what guests pay. Whatever you set, they see one all-in price from the first screen, and nothing is added at checkout.
What if the Wi‑Fi goes down at the door?
The door app keeps a copy of the night’s guest list on the phone, so scanning keeps working. Check-ins catch up as soon as the signal is back.
Can we take cards at the door?
Today the door app scans tickets, records walk-up sales and works offline; keep your card reader for walk-up cards for now. Taking cards on the same phone is Coming soon.
